Exhibitor & Sponsor Onboarding

Thank you so much for supporting the Quest for Excellence® Conference! Please notice that on your signed agreement you will have an itemization of your deliverables.

Use this form to begin providing us with the appropriate information.

Everyone should complete the first 9 items. Exhibitors should complete all items on the below form.

Political Conference

Key Dates

​

  • February 23rd - Ad Deadline

  • February 27th - Registration Deadline

  • March 3rd - Foundation Awards Program Ad Deadline

  • March 6th - Hotel Room Block Cut Off (Do not wait)

  • March 6th - Advance Conference Registration Fee Deadline

  • All vendors/sponsors must complete the above onboarding form prior to February 20th.

  • April 1st - *All vendors/sponsors must submit advertising proofs for inclusion in both the Foundation Awards Program and the Quest Conference Program.

  • April 2nd-5th - Quest Conference

Advertising Details​

​

  • Full-page 6.5" x 9.5" (7" x 10" bleed size) keep live matter 0.25" away from all trim.

  • Half-page Horizontal 6.5" x 4.5"

  • Quarter-page 3" x 4.5"

  • Use high-resolution images (300 dpi is recommended)

  • Embed all fonts

  • When bleed is required, please provide at least 1/8" beyond the trim area

  • Do not allow marks to encroach upon the trim or bleed areas

  • Ads with color need to be CMYK

  • Accepted in PDF format only. Ads must arrive by the dates listed above

  • Please note: We take care in printing your corporate colors by following industry standards in CMYK

Review of Details​

​

​Exhibitors will have the opportunity to review their pages, make appropriate adjustments and gain early access to the app. Exhibitors can have multiple attendees that will have access to only their exhibitor page.
